Control How Your Money Is Spent. Each member of IPS is given a unique profit center and a personal assistant to help track and manage their account.
A Profit Center acts as your back office. As you generate revenue it is directly deposited into your Profit Center. You then determine how the money is allocated, paying for your salary, group insurance, pension, employer taxes and our management fee.
There is no charge or limit for support. On call daily from 9am to 5pm your personal assistant is well trained in our proprietary software, accounting systems and administrative procedures.
IPS bills the client on your behalf and makes sure you get paid. Once you submit a timesheet IPS will create and send an invoice to the client according to the terms outlined in your contract. Avoid the hassle of clients who default or refuse payment, with IPS on your side payment is rarely an issue.
Simplify your taxes. Do not stress over quarterly tax estimates or risk of 1099 reclassification. IPS automatically withholds your social secuirty, medicare, federal, state and local taxes every payroll. At the end of the year file a 1040 EZ and avoid the hassle of a 1099.
