Additional Services
The following are additional services available to you through the IPS Pension Plan:

Rollovers from Prior Qualified Plans – You may rollover funds from a previous qualified plan into your IPS qualified pension account. Before IPS deposits these funds, you will complete a "Rollover Contribution Questionnaire" form to your prior plan sponsor. You also indicate whether these funds should be rolled into your money purchase or 401(k) or both.

Automatic Investments – If you wish to have your contributions automatically invested, you may participate in the "Automatic Investment Plan". You may also change or stop automatic investment instructions at any time. Note: automatic investments are only available for certain funds.

Investment Manager – If you would like an Investment Manager to invest the contributions in your pension on your behalf, you may participate in the "Limited Power of Attorney (LPOA) for an Investment Manager" program.

Loan Requests – You may request a loan from your pension account and you may borrow the lesser of 50% of your vested balance or $50,000.

Participant Contribution Changes - You may change the percent you are contributing to your 401(k) at any time.
