As
a consultant,
occasionally you will
take an assignment out
of your home area. If
the assignment is at
least 75 miles from your
home you may be entitled
to take a
"Per-Diem"
expense reimbursement.
Simply contact your
personal assistant and
they can determine if
you fall within the Per
Diem guidelines.
IPS
members are eligible to
be reimbursed for the
costs associated with
living away from home
when the member is
required to establish a
temporary residence. The
federal government
allows expenses
reimbursement up to a
certain amount depending
on the area of temporary
residence. The Per-Diem
amount is broken down
into two allotments:
meals and lodging, and
is paid out to the
member pre-tax from the
member’s profit
center.
