IPS is the leader in the Industry in its service to consultants.
IPS provides several reports that each member/employee can
access via the IPS website. No other services in our industry
currently provide this benefit to its members; although we are
sure they will follow our lead. The following is a brief
description of the available reports:
Invoice History
Report
Details the amount of the invoice, the date the invoice was
created as well as if/when payment was received for the invoice.
Checks Issued
Report
Details the date and amount of checks paid out for a
member/employee. The report will include direct deposits and
physical checks. Examples of checks issued are reimbursable
expenses, lease payments, garnishments, or other insurances that
are billed directly to IPS.
Payroll History
Report
Details each of the member/employee’s payrolls for the current
year. Included in the report are all associated payroll taxes
(Federal, State, and Local Withholding, Social Security,
Medicare, State Disability, and State Workman’s Compensation),
Group Disability premiums, Employee 401(k) contributions, loan
repayments, garnishments, and net and gross payroll amounts.
Profit Center
Spreadsheet
The first column of the profit center spreadsheet
shows the year-to-date breakdown of money in the profit center. The spreadsheet
as a whole represents the billable income received to date, and
the rows represent the payouts from the profit center such
as, expenses, net payroll, payroll taxes, profit center taxes,
money purchase and 401(k) contributions, and administration
costs. The second column shows
the same data, but it is for the current month only.
